Little Ants Transition
The aim of this transition program is to ensure our ‘Little Ant’ students feel comfortable, connected, respected and loved. Teachers carefully design play opportunities for the children that help them to be brave in taking risks, stretching their imaginations, working collaboratively, making connections, exploring the environment and wondering about the world they live in.
‘Little Ants’ aims to work in partnership with students, parents and teachers to foster a positive start and transition to school for children and their families. The program will be conducted by our Reception Teachers and an Educational Support Officer. Little Ants will run each Friday from
9am-12pm for Terms 3 and 4 the year before your child is due to start in Reception.
We are currently taking enrolments for 2024 Little Ants Transition Program
